What started as a simple idea — sharing our love for authentic Indian cuisine beyond the walls of our restaurant — has grown into something truly special. Our food truck is an extension of the New India Curry House family, bringing the same handcrafted dishes you love to streets, parks, and venues all across Chippewa Falls.
Every dish we serve from the truck is made from scratch using family recipes passed down through generations. We import our spices directly from India, marinate our meats overnight, and bake fresh naan to order — just like in our restaurant kitchen.
